How we prepare orders

Most of our books are printed for each order and shipped directly from the printer. That way there are no books sitting in a warehouse and you always receive the latest edition.

If your order includes books in different formats, it may arrive in more than one parcel.

How long it takes

On each book page and at checkout you will see the estimated delivery date for your country and for each delivery method. It includes the printing days and the transit time. It is an estimate from the printer and the carrier, not a guaranteed date.

At busy times of year, such as Christmas, delivery times get longer, so we recommend ordering in good time. If necessary, we will let you know in the shop itself.

Where we deliver

We deliver to the countries listed at checkout. For deliveries outside the European Union, there may be customs duties or taxes in the destination country, payable by the recipient.

How much it costs

The delivery cost depends on the country, the delivery method and the number of books. You see it in your basket and at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

When your order leaves the printer, we will email you the tracking link. If you have an account, you can also track it in My account.

If it arrives damaged or there is a mistake

If the parcel arrives damaged, if a book has a printing defect or if it is not what you ordered, write to us at capa@capapublisher.com with your order number and a photo. We will send you a replacement free of charge or, if you prefer, refund you. You do not need to send it back unless we ask you to.

Returns

If you are a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to return it without giving any reason.

1. Write to us at capa@capapublisher.com with your order number and what you want to return. We will tell you where to send it.
2. Send us the products within 14 days, in the same condition in which you received them and well packed. You pay the cost of returning them.
3. We will refund the price of the products and of standard delivery within 14 days of you telling us, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the products before doing so.
