Christmas Easy Violin Songbook for Beginners

This book of sheet music for violin and guitar brings together a selection of traditional English Christmas carols, specially adapted for children’s music learning. It is designed so that children can enjoy playing Christmas music in a clear, accessible and motivating way.

The scores feature an extra-large print design, which makes music reading easier for children, especially those who are just starting to read music or who need clearer visual support. This format helps with understanding notes, rhythm and coordination, reduces frustration and builds confidence when playing.

The book lets children play the melodies on the violin while the guitar accompanies them with the corresponding chords, making it an ideal resource for playing together in the classroom or with the family. This combination of instruments encourages active listening, group work and a natural understanding of harmony.

It is a particularly suitable resource for early years and primary, music schools and group lessons, as it makes it easy to work on Christmas repertoire without unnecessary technical barriers. What’s more, playing Christmas carols in English helps reinforce language learning through music.
