Cançoner de Nadales catalanes tradicionals populars per a Guitarra

Catalan Christmas songbook for guitar

At the request of our admirers, followers and fans, this Catalan Christmas songbook for guitar offers an edition designed so that everyone can sing and play traditional carols in a simple, accessible way. The book includes guitar chords and the full lyrics of each song, making musical accompaniment and group singing easy.

One of the standout features of this songbook is its lyrics split into syllables, a very valuable resource from both an educational and a therapeutic point of view. Presenting the lyrics this way makes reading, pronunciation and the rhythm of singing easier, making it a useful tool for speech therapy, psychology centres, special education and language work with children and adults.

The Catalan Christmas songbook for guitar is aimed at a general audience, with no previous musical knowledge needed. The chords are presented as simply as possible, so anyone with basic guitar skills can accompany the songs and enjoy the pleasure of making music in a group.

This book aims to help fill the Christmas season with music, a time traditionally associated with reflection, introspection and family gatherings. Singing carols is an activity that promotes emotional wellbeing, social cohesion and free expression, whether at home, at school, in cultural centres or in community spaces.

Remember that singing is very good for you. Nobody does it badly: singing and dancing are natural human activities that connect us with our emotions and with other people. This songbook invites you to sing your heart out, by the fireside or in any shared space.

The cover is another stroke of genius from our designer Elena Nieto, of Àmbit Gràfic, bringing a warm, evocative image perfectly in tune with the Christmas spirit of the book.
