This traditional children’s songbook for soprano (descant) recorder with German fingering and double holes brings together 50 scores of traditional children’s songs in Spanish for soprano recorder. The book gives the melody with the name of the note above each note; when a note is repeated we leave the name out to keep it visually clear, as we want learners to develop their music reading gradually. At the start of the book there are also short explanations of the recorder family, how to hold the recorder and clear fingering exercises.

We believe it is a great resource for teachers who want to introduce their pupils to the soprano recorder with German fingering.

The scores are mainly at a basic level, although you will also find some more challenging ones.
