    How long does a book take to arrive?

    Books are printed for each order. On the book page and at checkout you’ll see the estimated delivery date for your country before you pay.

    Where is my order?

    When it leaves the printer, we’ll email you the tracking link. If you have an account, you can also track it in My account.

    Can you invoice a school or a company?

    Yes. Enter the name and tax ID in the billing details when you place your order.

    Can I request a quote for a large number of books?

    Yes, from 25 copies, at checkout and without paying anything until you accept it. There’s more about it on our Schools page.

    Can I buy the books as ePubs?

    Many titles have an ebook edition. On the book page you’ll find a link to buy it from your usual shop.

    Can I return a book?

    Yes, you have 14 days from the day you receive it. See Shipping and returns.
