The products<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Printed books:<\/strong> sheet music, songbooks, stories and music dictionaries. Most are printed for each order.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Posters and classroom materials.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Ebooks (ePub):<\/strong> these are not sold on this website. Each book page has a link to the shops that sell them, under their own terms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Each product page shows the language of the book, the format, the number of pages and the price. Images are for illustration only.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Prices<\/h2>\n<p>Prices are in euros and include VAT (4% on books and 21% on other products). The delivery cost is calculated at checkout according to the country, the delivery method and the number of books, and you see it before you pay.<\/p>\n<p>For deliveries outside the European Union, there may be customs duties or taxes in the destination country, payable by the recipient.<\/p>\n<h2>4. How to buy<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Add the products to your basket.<\/li>\n<li>At checkout, enter your billing and delivery details, and choose how you want to receive your order and how you will pay.<\/li>\n<li>Check the summary and press the button to place your order. Before that, you can correct any of your details.<\/li>\n<li>You will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you have an account, you will also find it in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.capapublisher.com\/en\/my-account\/\">My account<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>You can complete your purchase in Catalan or in any of the other languages of the website.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Payment<\/h2>\n<p>You can pay by card, with PayPal or by bank transfer. Card details are handled directly by the payment provider: we never see them.<\/p>\n<p>If you pay by bank transfer, we will prepare your order once we receive payment. Please use your order number as the payment reference.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Bulk quotes<\/h2>\n<p>For schools and large orders: from 25 copies you can request a quote at checkout, and from 100 copies the order always goes through a quote. You pay nothing until you accept it. The quote states the final price, the delivery cost and the delivery time. See <a href=\"https:\/\/www.capapublisher.com\/en\/schools\/\">Schools<\/a> for details.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Delivery and delivery times<\/h2>\n<p>On the book page and at checkout you will see the estimated delivery date for your country. It is an estimate from the printer and the carrier. In any event, we will deliver your order within 30 days of the date you place it, unless we agree on a different period. If we cannot meet it, we will let you know and you may cancel the order and receive a full refund of everything you have paid.<\/p>\n<p>More details in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.capapublisher.com\/en\/shipping-and-returns\/\">Shipping and returns<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p>If you are a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to return it without giving any reason.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Let us know by email at <a href=\"mailto:&#99;a&#112;&#97;&#64;cap&#97;p&#117;blis&#104;er&#46;co&#109;\">&#99;a&#112;&#97;&#64;cap&#97;p&#117;blis&#104;er&#46;co&#109;<\/a>, quoting your order number. You may use the model form at the end of these terms, but you do not have to.<\/li>\n<li>Send us the products within 14 days of telling us, in the same condition in which you received them. You pay the cost of returning them.<\/li>\n<li>We will refund the price of the products and of standard delivery within 14 days of you telling us, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the products before doing so.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If a product has been damaged through handling beyond what is necessary to examine it, we may deduct the loss in value.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Guarantee and problems<\/h2>\n<p>All products carry the three-year legal guarantee. If a book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, write to us with a photo and your order number: we will send you a replacement free of charge or, if you prefer, refund you.<\/p>\n<h2>10. We reply as soon as we can.<\/p>\n<p>Official complaint forms (fulls oficials de queixa, reclamaci\u00f3 i den\u00fancia) are available to you: just ask us for them by email. You can also contact the <a href=\"https:\/\/consum.gencat.cat\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ag\u00e8ncia Catalana del Consum<\/a> (Catalan Consumer Agency) or the consumer office in your local area.<\/p>\n<h2>11. Applicable law<\/h2>\n<p>These terms are governed by Spanish law.
